Our bonds - your security
As a travel agent we value our good name and reputation and therefore will only deal with reputable tour operators from Ireland who are suitably bonded.
For your security and peace of mind, we carry all relevant bonds required in the travel industry. We are bonded to IATA (International Association of Travel Agents), ITAA (International Travel Agents Association) and the Department of Transport in the Republic of Ireland.
Holiday Insurance
Tour operators must by law ensure that all holidaymakers carry suitable travel insurance whilst on holiday. If you do not already hold suitable travel insurance you can either purchase it online from our insurance section, or alternatively when giving your details at the time of booking your holiday, our consultants will arrange suitable cover for you.
Our insurance policies are underwritten by White Horse Insurance Ireland Ltd.
Terms and Conditions
The holiday packages you buy from Home & Abroad are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator who has supplied that holiday. As each operator's terms and conditions differ slightly we could not display all of them here. A copy of the relevant tour operator's terms and conditions are available upon request.
Cancellation
If for some reason you decide to cancel a holiday purchased from Home & Abroad you can do so under the relevant tour operator's terms and conditions. We would need this in writing from the lead name on the booking.
Your privacy
In order to provide an appropriate level of service we require certain information from our clients. As a client you can rest assured that this information is held only for our own use or to inform you of items which may be of interest to you and will not be given to any third party.
The only exception to this rule is where airline regulations are concerned. New laws introduced now require all airlines, to give border control agencies access to passenger data. Any information we hold about your travel arrangements may be disclosed to the customs and immigration authorities of any country in your itinerary
